  • TimeOut For Payslips

    Hi, we have an issue when trying to retreive the payslips for a large number of employees within a payroll. It works fine for <300 employees but anything greater returns a 500 The request timed out error. Would it be possible to get some help with this?

  • Invalid user / password on access token request

    Hi, It seems that the below error is being returned whilst trying to get access token { "error": "Invalid username or password", "success": false } This happened after password reset altough before we where still having issue with OAuth. I double/ triple checked password and its correct. Can you help investigate the account in use is damien.grima@tain.com , company is Tain Malta Ltd but for test reasons we are using Test Company.   • Not all data for specific company code is being returned

    I am currently getting data from a particular tenant. The user is created across all companies (00001, 00002, 00003, 00004). When submitting companies 00001,00002,00004 via the API data is returned successfully however no data is available when querying company with company code 00003. Using postman to test.
